Welcome to the 60 Day Self-Care Challenge! 🎉
I created this challenge with the intention of helping you stay in the state of someone who prioritizes and takes good care of themselves - mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually.
This isn’t a course so there’s no long lessons included. It’s a challenge - which means all the work is in the DOING 🙌🏼
As you complete the activity of each day, you will be consciously taking steps towards loving and taking better care of yourself. The inner transformation happens simply from the action of doing the activities.
Each activity should take you 15 minutes or less, so this self-care challenge shouldn’t feel overwhelming or exhausting to do.
The activities are short, but they pack a mighty punch! 💪🏼 And of course, the more consistent you are with the challenge, the better results you will see.
The most important thing while completing this challenge is to BE PRESENT. Mindfulness is a huge part of this work.
Be completely focused on the task at hand and enjoy it to the fullest. Those 15 minutes or less a day are your time for YOU. It’s your time to feel more connected to yourself. So give yourself the gift of your fully undivided attention. You deserve it!
