- Creating the desired version of your SP in your imagination

“Forgive & Re-Create Your SP” is a similar format to my “Manifest Your SP In 21 Days” course but is more of a prerequisite. If you find it hard to let go of the past, “Forgive & Re-Create Your SP” is the perfect course to start with as it will bring a fresh slate to your situation. It will help you release your heavy emotions and regulate your nervous system. Afterwards, you may choose to continue with “Manifest Your SP In 21 Days”.
